If you’re experiencing problems accessing your courses or logging into your account, please first try the following:
- Empty the cache in your browser, then clear out the history.
- Close out of your browser entirely.
- Then reopen the browser and try again.
- If you’re experiencing a password issue, please click LOGIN on the upper right hand corner of this page, then click “Forgot Password” below the Submit button. You will receive an email to reset your password.
- Also try rebooting your computer.
If all of the above steps are unhelpful, please use the “Report An Issue” in the dropdown menu of the contact form to provide us as much detailed information as you can to help us support you.
We endeavor to help you as soon as we can. However, as our courses are hosted externally on Thinkific, it can sometimes take time for us to work with them to resolve your problem., so we ask for your patience.

Payments
All of our courses are hosted externally on Thinkific, and all payments are safely conducted through this third party. None of your information is stored or accessible through the Sophus website.
Refunds
We understand that you may be worried that a course you’ve paid upfront for, isn’t what you expected. Hence, we offer a free preview for all of our masterclasses, which usually comprises 1 or more modules of the masterclass. This, in conjunction with a free downloadable program itinerary, will give you a very good flavor of what the course is likely to be like.
As a result, our courses are not eligible for refunds, as we provide a lot of intellectual property in our masterclasses, and these are lost once a course is accessed.
We are truly grateful for your interest and appreciate your kind understanding.
Coaching & Individual Instruction
We currently do not offer any coaching or one-to-one instruction. However, we are looking into whether this is a viable option for some of our students are very serious about mastering functional medicine for themselves, and would like more handholding.
